Counselling

ABOUT

Counselling is a talking therapy which helps people to make changes to their lives. This involves you meeting with me and having one to one sessions in a confidential, non judgmental empathic space where you can discuss the nature of your difficulties.

I became a counsellor due to suffering from my own difficult life experiences. I always thought counselling was for others who needed it, not me, but I was wrong. It was a process that brought me from beyond back into being. I now firmly believe in it and I can give others the opportunity to experience how it feels to be able to talk to someone who cares, and will listen.

I understand how scary it can be approaching a counsellor, admitting that you need help...it need not be with me as I walk with you gently through the process. I'll be happy to hear from you soon.

I can help you with: abuse, addiction, abandonment, agoraphobia, anger, anxiety, bereavement, bullying, cancer, care issues, depression, divorce, domestic abuse, family breakdown, fertility issues, fear, gender dysphoria, gambling, health, hoarding, illness, infidelity, LGBTQIAPD issues, military and veterans issues, mens issues, OCD, phobias, panic attacks, parenting issues, pregnancy, PTS/PTSD, sex, shame, stress, victims of crime, womens issues and workplace issues. This list is to give you an indication of what can be looked at in therapy. If your issue is not mentioned it does not mean it is not covered, it simply means that therapy can cover such a vast array of issues that I cannot list them all.
